Flora Pro-activ

Cholesterol lowering Flora pro-activ semi-skimmed milk drink is made from fresh cow’s milk (a great source of calcium) and contains plant sterols. Flora pro-activ is delicious hot or cold, and can be used to replace normal milk on cereal and in hot drinks.

To get the same amount of calcium as you would from a 200ml glass of milk, you would need to eat 11 servings of spinach or 7 and a half slices of white or brown bread.
